Professional profile · Oil & Gas
Senior Materials & MRO Leader · Oil & Gas
Twenty years in the oil & gas industry: from CMMS Engineer to Field Materials Superintendent. I connect technical requirements, SAP data, stock reality and supply constraints into decisions that are practical, traceable and ready for execution.

01Professional identity
I connect field reality, SAP data, technical requirements and supply constraints, then turn them into a decision that can be explained, audited and executed.
I work where maintenance demand, materials, inventory, procurement and operational risk meet. My value is not only in processing material requirements. It is in turning fragmented signals into decisions, workflows and systems that people can trust. My career progressed from CMMS and spare-parts engineering to superintendent leadership, plant-wide inventory responsibility, preservation governance, procurement support, reporting and digital workflow design.

03Career journey
Not a sequence of job titles. An expansion of scope: from material lines and spare parts to people, governance, cross-functional decisions and system design.
Full career and leadership04Leadership and teamwork
Use the available signals before adding demand, cost or risk.
A task is finished when the outcome is clear, not when it moved.
Recurring problems deserve a rule, a workflow or a governance fix.
Firm on quality and responsibility, without losing respect for people.

10Beyond work
Family, responsibility and stability shape the way I approach decisions, relationships and long-term goals.
Books, new ideas and technology keep me learning far beyond the boundaries of my current role.
I enjoy turning ideas and experience into something tangible: writing, frameworks, digital concepts and projects that can be useful to others.
